Papa Rouyo Sanblaj Pot Still 2022 is the second edition of this cuvée named Sanblaj. Papa Rouyo has produced this blend with agricultural rums double distilled and aged on site.
This 2022 edition blend is made from a selection of rums distilled in April 2021 and then aged in new French intense toast casks, new American intermediate toast casks and ex-Cognac roux casks.
Aging lasted 1 year and 11 days, and the rums were blended and bottled in 2022.
This wood-aged rum is slowly reduced with Saint-Claude spring water, then bottled.
