Papillon Blanc is an agricultural rum from Guadeloupe. It is crushed, fermented and distilled from pure sugarcane juice.
The rum is distilled in a Creole column by the Longueteau family distillery, owned by François Longueteau. It is a blend of 3 varieties of sugar cane: 70% blue cane, 20% red cane and 10% yellow cane.
The "Papillon" brand refers to the pretty nickname given to the island of Guadeloupe, because of its shape.
