Pastis Château des Creissauds vintage 2022, created by Guillaume Ferroni and his team, is an artisanal pastis from Provence.
It takes around 18 months to produce each bottle of this pastis, which explains why the 2022 vintage will arrive on the market in 2024.
The plants are grown in Aubagne on the Domaine des Creissauds. The harvest is done by hand between May and September. They are then macerated for several weeks in superfine alcohol. The macerates are then assembled, then aged in oak barrels for a period of 6 to 10 months.
A true local product, each vintage is impacted by climatic variations. Bottling is done by hand by Maison Ferroni.
