Pastis Château des Creissauds Millésime 2015 is presented here in its XO version.
This pastis, handcrafted in Provence, has been aged for 6 years in a barrel containing Tokay. Tokay, also called Tokaj, is a wine from the Tokaj-Hegyalja wine region which is located on both sides of the border between Hungary and Slovakia.
The Ferroni house recommends tasting it pure, or adjusted with a drop of very cold water. This great pastis is indeed sufficient in itself and offers a certain aromatic concentration.
