Paul John Peated Select Cask is a peated single malt whisky produced in the tropical Indian state of Goa.
In this coastal region of southwest India, the angels' share is around 12% each year. The evaporation of water and alcohol concentrates the aromas brought by peat imported from Scotland.
This whisky is part of the "Select" range, whose casks are selected and bottled without reduction or filtration.
Maturation takes place in ex-bourbon American oak barrels.
