Plantation Rum 2007 Barbados is part of the "TERRAVERA" series. This collection features vintage rums bottled in 2023 by Plantation.
This cuvée is made from a selection of 20 barrels of molasses rums from the 2007 vintage. They come from the West Indies Rum Distillery.
After two years' ageing in ex-bourbon barrels in Barbados, the barrels were transported to Javrezac.
In south-western France, they were aged for a further 14 years in Ferrand cognac casks.
Bottling took place in 2023 with a low sugar addition of 2g per liter.
