Planteray Panama XO Single Cask 2024 is made from a blend of ex-bourbon casks of different ages.
This blend comes from the Don José distillery, located in Panama. The rums that make up this blend are made from fermented molasses then distilled in a column.
Once imported into Charente Maritime, the rum is transferred to old Ferrand cognac barrels for 5 years. This vintage benefits from a year of refinement in Marsala barrels.
This limited edition benefited from a low dosage of 8g per litre before bottling in 2024.
