Planteray Rum 15 Years Old 2010 Haiti is a pure cane juice rum distilled in a column by Jeanty after five days of fermentation. Jeanty is a distillery located in western Haiti.
After an initial aging of 5 years in bourbon barrels, the rum was transferred to the Maison Ferrand cellars for 10 additional years of aging in a continental climate.
Each bottle of this single cask is numbered.
