Insider is a spiced rum. It is made from white agricultural rum from the Bellevue distillery on the island of Marie-Galante.
This rum macerates for just over a month with a combination of 7 spices, including Madagascar black vanilla, cinnamon and fresh ginger. The rest of the ingredients are kept secret.
During maceration, regular stirring and slow reduction are carried out, as the rum used is initially 65 degrees.
We recommend that you enjoy this rum well chilled, with ice cubes for example.
