Rom de Luxe Wild Series n°41 is a rum that comes from Belize. It was distilled from molasses in a Travelers Ltd column still.
This rum bears the mark MBT12. It was distilled in February 2006 and then placed in an American ex-bourbon oak barrel.
Aging began in the tropics. After 5 years' ageing, the cask was sent to Europe. Ageing was extended by 12 years to reach an age count of 17 years.
Only 269 numbered bottles were obtained from this unique cask No. 5. It was bottled cask strength and without chill filtration.
