Rom de Luxe Wild Series n°41 is a rum from Belize. It is distilled from molasses in a Travellers Ltd column still.
This rum bears the mark MBT12. It was distilled in February 2006 and then placed in an American ex-bourbon oak barrel.
Aging began in the tropics. After 5 years' ageing, the cask was sent to Europe. Ageing was extended by 12 years to reach an age count of 17 years.
Only 269 numbered bottles were obtained from this unique n°5 cask. It was bottled brut de fût and without cold filtration.
