Ron de Jeremy Holy Wood Cognac Cask 22 ans is part of a trilogy of great rums aged in prestigious casks. This Demerara rum was distilled at Uitvlugt in 1997. It comes from a legendary pot-still, the Port Mourant plantation's double wooden still. It was first aged for 3 years on site. This first maturation took place in a tropical climate, in an old bourbon barrel. The second part (19 years!) took place in Europe, in a French oak barrel that had previously contained cognac.
This 22-year-old single cask was bottled brut de fût. Only 227 copies were produced.
