Distilled from sugar cane grown in Guyana's Demerara region, El Dorado Superior White Rum is a 3-year-old white rum of seductive complexity and balance.
The rums used for the blend were distilled partly in a Coffey wooden still, partly in a wooden still with a copper lid, and partly in a Savalle copper still.
Aging took place in small bourbon casks (around 170 liters), before charcoal filtering to regain its crystalline appearance, followed by packaging.

Tasting notes
El Dorado Superior White Rum is perfectly transparent, showing beautiful legs in the glass.
First impressions on the nose are of vanilla, white chocolate and coconut. There are also hints of pie and pleasant leather notes.
El Dorado Superior White Rum has a smooth mouthfeel. As it develops, the rum becomes drier, bringing hints of grass and sugarcane, as well as crème brulée and mineral notes.
The finish is long and pleasant.
