Nico's tasting notes
On the nose, fine vanilla notes gently emerge on a slightly fruity, sweet rum. Roasting takes over, still in a hushed, discreet atmosphere.
Aeration confirms the thickness of the rum, which only reveals itself when you take your time. A few pearls of jam appear here and there. We discover apricot, mirabelle plum, peach... round, sweet yellow fruits.
On the palate, there's a well-rounded, caramelized texture that generously coats flavors of wood and roasted nuts. Vanilla swells under the palate in the middle, before releasing spicy notes and a few toasted flavors.
The finish is lightly roasted, and the rum fades easily despite the sticky texture.
"A light, tranquil rum that gently caresses the palate..."
