Ferroni presents the first single cask of Roof Rye whisky. The latter was distilled in 2007 by the Wargenhem distillery in Brittany.
This whisky was aged for several years in the distillery's cellars before being sent to Aubagne, in Provence.
Placed in Maison Ferroni's extreme cellar, it benefited from extreme ageing conditions, including a wide temperature range (from -4° to +59°C).
Aurélien Mondon and Guillaume Ferroni identified this cask as the best of the lot. The whisky also benefited from a finish in Rasteau casks.
The share of angels is around 13% per year, which has enabled us to produce 400 50 cl bottles.
