Rosemont Montreal Gin is an original creation from the Montreal distillery.
It consists of distilled juniper berries combined with a Quebec cucumber distillate. The uniqueness of this distillate lies in its preparation. The whole cucumbers are pressed with their peels and then distilled in a Charente still.
