Rosemont Sureau de Montréal 23.5° is a Quebec artisanal liqueur, made from locally picked elderflowers.
Created by the Distillerie de Montréal, this floral creation combines delicacy, freshness, and character, with a low alcohol content. Perfect as an aperitif, in a cocktail, or served chilled, this elderflower liqueur promises a subtle aromatic journey, blending tradition and Quebec innovation.
The elderflowers come from the Eastern Townships (a region located in southern Quebec). To preserve maximum freshness and aroma, the flowers are infused within two hours of picking in a neutral alcohol base. Distillation is carried out in a Charentais still after 48 hours of maceration.
Two months later, it's the berries' turn to be harvested, fermented, and distilled. The two distillates are blended with a light touch of cane sugar.
