Rosemont spiced rum is produced entirely in Quebec by the Montreal distillery.
Green molasses is imported from the West Indies, then distilled twice with cane sugar in a Charentais still. The rum is then blended with spices and matured in Quebec white oak barrels. A homemade caramel made from brown sugar is added, along with an infusion of natural spices (cranberry, Kampot pepper, bird pepper, sumac, fennel and cardamom).
