This whisky liqueur is produced by the Rosemont distillery in Montreal.
The whisky used is a bourbon made from 80% corn, 10% wheat, and barley grown in Quebec.
This whisky is double distilled in a Charentais still before being aged for 3 years in white oak barrels.
Maple water, maple alcohol, maple syrup, and maple sugar are added to this whisky.
A lovely tribute to Quebec's local heritage!
