Montreal Whisky by Rosemont is distilled in small batches with 100% ingredients from Quebec terroir.
In terms of production, the Montreal distillery carries out fermentation then double distillation in a Charentais still.
The resulting wine is then aged in various American, French, and Hungarian oak barrels. These barrels have different toasting profiles.
The distillates are aged for 3 years before being blended, without the addition of sugar or caramel.
