Royal Cane Fiji 2004 is a molasses rum produced by South Pacific Distilleries Ltd.
This rum was distilled in 2004 using a pot still. It was then transported to the Philippines, where it aged for 12 years in ex-bourbon oak casks. In 2016, it was sent to the UK to finish aging for 6 years in the Liverpool cellars.
Bottled in 2022 after 18 years of ageing, the single barrel number M085 gave birth to 257 numbered bottles.
