The Marie-Galante Selection Casks vintage is the result of a meticulous blend. This is the result of the collaboration between the cellar master of Château du Breuil and the Bielle distillery.
The selected rums come from the distillation of pure cane juice in a Savalle column. They are aged in wood for between 8 and 18 months.
No additions are made to this rum, only a slow reduction is carried out.
