Saint Aubin Salted Caramel is a rum in the Spirits Edition series from Rhumerie Saint Aubin.

Cane sugar and salted butter caramel have been added to this pure cane rum from Mauritius, after distillation.

An excellent base for cocktails, this rum can also be served neat, very chilled over ice.
