This rhum arrangé is made with agricultural rum from the Saint James distillery.
It is combined here with Victoria Pineapple and Bourbon Vanilla, selected at optimum ripeness.
Nico's tasting notes
The nose is a big fruit candy, swollen with cane sugar and very ripe pineapple. The acidity of the exotic fruit is amply coated by a sweet rum with vanilla accents, and the whole becomes very mellow and velvety after a few moments.
The palate is pleasantly balanced, thanks to the first appearance of rhum agricole. It reinforces the pineapple and calls up the vanilla, adding a little lime zest for harmony.
