Saint James Brut de Colonne Bio 2021 is an agricultural rum made from pure organic cane juice. This cuvée boasts the precious AOC Martinique label, which complies with very precise specifications.
The rum comes from a plot selection harvested at full maturity, and has been organically farmed for several years. Batch number 2 was distilled in a traditional Creole column on July 12, 2021. It was bottled at 4750 brut de colonne, i.e. without reduction in alcohol content, after a period of brewing.
