Produced in just 1,260 copies, Saint James Double Oak is a unique vintage developed for the French distributor of Saint James Premium Craft Spirits rums.
This very old agricultural rum is a creation of Marc Sassier, oenologist at the Saint James distillery and president of the AOC Martinique.
This vintage is a blend of two rums with 7 vintages:
- a first rum from the 2007 vintage aged entirely in ex-Armagnac French oak barrels,
- a second from the 2017 vintage aged in French oak ex-port barrels.
