Sampan Cellar Series Bourbon Cerise is an aged rum made from pure cane juice with a distinctive finish.
The cane comes from plots in the foothills of the Quang Nam mountains.
From the August 2019 distillation campaign, this rum is first aged 36 months in ex-cognac barrels.
The rum was then matured for 6 months in ex-casks of cherry liqueur.
The bottling in August 2023 produced 180 numbered copies.
