Saneha is a gin produced by the Thai Chalong Bay distillery.
It is obtained by infusing natural ingredients into a sugar cane brandy. The recipe is mainly made up of local botanicals but also juniper berries.
We can find coriander, cloves, pineapple, ginger flower and makwean. The latter is a berry native to Thailand. From an aromatic point of view, it is quite close to Sichuan pepper.
This gin is ideal with a natural tonic to let the aromas express themselves fully.
