SBS Belize Vintage 2011 is a 13 year old molasses rum. Column distilled at Travellers Liquors Ltd, this rum comes from a single cask.
The rum was aged in ex-bourbon American oak barrels for 12 years in the tropics. Subsequently, the rum was refined for 12 months in an ex-cognac barrel in Denmark. It was bottled in August 2024 in 499 copies, without chill filtration.
