Here the pure cane juice distillate comes from a freshly installed iron still. This characteristic makes this white rum an innovation within The 1423 SBS Origin Selection range.

Very strange to find so many esters in a Dominican rum!! Perhaps you need to leave the bottle open a little for it to gain complexity. But the experience is a little disconcerting and I quite enjoy being shaken up in my tasting habits.
