Jérémie's tasting notes
On the nose : Notes of vanilla and caramelized brown sugar rise from the glass, with hints of herbaceous spices; on closer inspection, ripe and candied fruits appear, mangoes, bananas, with some medicinal and menthol notes.
On the palate : The attack is smooth and mellow, slightly bitter like chewing cranberries or currants, releasing aromas of solvents, well-toasted wood, green tannins, and smoky herbs, accompanied by spices (cumin, sumac) and candied orange. The roasted notes lead us towards a roasted cocoa.
The finish : Quite long, it starts with pastry and roasted notes before the herbaceous and oxidized red fruit notes express themselves more clearly.
