Slane Triple Casked is an Irish Whiskey produced in the town of Slane in the heart of the River Boyne valley.
The distillery is located in the 230-year-old Gothic stables of Slane Castle.
This whiskey comes from a combination of 3 breedings. These maturations take place in different barrels which are:
- new, toasted American oak barrels from the Brown Forman cooperages in Louisville, Kentucky,
- old barrels of Jack Daniel's and Bourbon which also come from the Brown Forman cooperages,
- and casks of Oloroso Sherry from Spain.
