This Scottish Single Malt is produced by the Springbank distillery, which offers us here a cask strength version with an alcohol content of 57.1%.
Produced through a long fermentation and double distillation in a pot still, it reveals a powerful and complex profile despite its mere five years of aging. Its maturation in bourbon barrels, however, harmonizes the whole and imparts a beautiful roundness.
