This XO rum is aged, blended and bottled on the island of Saint-Martin by Island Compagnie.
As with the Rhum Island brand with Saint-Martin, the Rhum St Barth brand takes on the identity of the island of Saint-Barthélemy.
This is the brand's first creation. This aged rum is a blend of several rums aged between 7 and 10 years, from different distilleries in the French West Indies.
The wine is aged in ex-Bourbon American oak barrels and in barrels that have contained Bordeaux wine.
