This rum selected by Velier et Scheer and distilled by Monymusk/Clarendon is, like its tropical-aged version, a blend of 12 pot still barrels (2 in 2008 and 10 in 2007).
However, it has been aged entirely in a continental climate, and has an ester content of 243.5 gr/hlap. It falls into the distillery's Wedderburn(MMW) category.
Don't hesitate to get a sample of the fully tropical-aged version to compare the two!
