Handcrafted in Gironde , this gin draws its character from a rigorous selection of local ingredients: Sauvignon Blanc harvested from Bordeaux winegrowers, lemon zest, juniper, chamomile, verbena, seaweed (wild and cultivated) and oyster pepper.
