French independent bottler Swell de Spirits launched the Easy Peasy series in 2023. The aim is to create a collection of small, accessible spirits.
The3rd edition of Easy Peasy is a pastis born of collaboration between Swell de Spirits, Maison Ferroni and an independent merchant in Montpellier.
Produced at the Château des Creissauds where Maison Ferroni operates, this pastis is made from fresh plants hand-harvested between Montpellier and Aubagne. It is composed of alcohol and macerates of fresh plants and spices. The ingredients include IGP Menton lemon, peppermint, thyme, fennel, samphire, immortelle, hawthorn, cyst, chamomile, rosemary, sugar, badian essence and licorice.
Only 600 bottles of this limited edition were produced.
