Nico's tasting notes
The nose is frank and spicy, with a juniper berry that does not hide behind a thousand flourishes, which makes this first approach very pleasant. From the resinous aromas of green pepper and concentrated aromatics arise, with a handful of cut grass for freshness.
Aeration gives this gin a more floral and lively side, with a big lavender whiff and an almost marine air. The citrus fruits provide consistency as well as a sweet and delicious side.
The palate is very accessible, clean and refreshing. The flowers invade the palate in a fresh and cheerful breath, then let in a few grains of pepper which are sprayed on the tongue. The citrus fruits imprint their flavors and are enriched with the resinous side of the juniper berry, for a striking finish.
