With this molasses rum from the Trinidad and Tobago archipelago, Swell de Spirits launches the "That's the Spirit" series.
Distilled at TDL in October 2008, this rum was aged for 11 years in the tropics in an old ex-bourbon cask. Aging continued in Europe, enabling Swell de Spirits to offer a 14-year-old rum.
Bottled in September 2023, no fewer than 351 copies were produced.
Neither filtration nor reduction were part of the bottling process.
