Talisman No. 3 arranged rum is the result of artisanal production in the heart of Cantal in Neussargues in Pinatelle.

This3rd recipe features a blend of coffee and candied orange peel.
The Brazilian Bourbon Jaune coffee is roasted by Michel Koelblen of "Cafés des Puys" in Neussargues. The orange peel comes from "la maison du fruit confit" in Apt.
