Taragawa Bourbon Cask is a rum produced on Miyakojima Island in Japan's Okinawa archipelago.
This rum is the result of double distillation of locally-produced molasses in a hybrid still. Sugar cane is grown around the distillery.
The first distillation is carried out under vacuum, and the second under conventional conditions.
This rum is then aged for 5 months in bourbon barrels, then bottled without cold filtration.
