This 100% organic agave tequila from 123 Organic Tequila comes from the Amatitán valley in the state of Jalisco. The blue agaves used in its production grow at an altitude of 1,200 m.
This is the anejo "Tres" version. It is aged for 12 months in oak barrels, then bottled in hand-blown bottles. The glass and label paper are recycled, and the labels are printed with soy ink.
