Territory Antilles is a dry spiced rum. It is a rum macerated with West Indian spices and fruits, then re-distilled in the same way as a London Dry Gin.
Combined here are an agricultural rum from Longueteau (Guadeloupe), and a grand aroma rum from Baie du Gallion (Martinique). This blend of rums macerates vegetarian pepper, coconut, "country" cinnamon and lime.
Finally, Guillaume Ferroni once again distills the whole with his savoir-faire.
