Made from a blend of 70% Single Malt and 30% Single Pot Still, The Irishman Founder's Reserve is an Irish blend .
Triple distilled from malted barley and barley, it is first aged in American bourbon barrels before undergoing a six-month finish in casks that previously held Chairman's Reserve rum from Saint Lucia.
This double maturation gives it a beautiful aromatic complexity, blending the sweetness of bourbon with the rich and exotic notes inherited from rum.
Sold in a limited edition, each bottle is numbered.
