Ideal for cocktails such as mojitos and planteurs, this rum is made from pure sugarcane juice to AOC Martinique specifications. It is made from 3 vintages with different fermentation and distillation methods. The master distiller chose to blend them to obtain an aromatic profile suitable for cocktails.
