Valinch & Mallet The Spirit of Art No 2 - Clarendon is a pure single rum, i.e. a pot still rum from a single distillery. In this case, we're talking about Jamaica's Clarendon distillery, famous for its Monymusk rums. Distilled in 2008, this single cask molasses rum was aged for 10 years in its country of origin, then for a further 2 years in Scotland, where it was bottled in 2021.
The bottle features a work by Diego Zangirolami, entitled "The Happy Guilt". A total of 323 bottles were produced.
