Volcán de mi Tierra Tequila Blanco pays homage to a terroir shaped by volcanic activity and to the traditional know-how of Mexican tequila.
Made from 100% blue agave , this tequila is based on a blend of raw materials from two complementary regions: the Highlands (Los Altos) and the Lowlands (Valles). This approach allows for the combination of different expressions of agave within a single spirit.
Its production combines methods adapted to each origin. Agaves from the Lowlands are cooked in traditional stone ovens , then crushed and fermented in wooden vats . Those from the Highlands are cooked in autoclaves , crushed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks . The two batches are then blended to create this Blanco expression.
Not aged in barrels, this tequila retains its natural transparency and highlights the work done on the agave and its origin.
