Weber Haus Extra Premium artisanal cachaça is born from pure sugar cane juice , of which only the heart of the distillation is carefully preserved, then meticulously distilled in a traditional copper pot still.
Its aging process is a long one: five years in French oak barrels imbue it with structure and elegance, before a final year in bálsamo barrels , made from a precious wood from northeastern Brazil, perfects its identity. This double maturation results in an exceptional six-year-old cachaça, with a singular complexity, still unseen in France.
