Made according to the purest Irish tradition, it is triple distilled from a blend of malted and unmalted barley , then distilled in a traditional pot still .
Its aging process relies on a selection of three types of casks : new American oak barrels, ex-bourbon barrels, and ex-Marsala wine barrels from Sicily. This unique maturation process gives the whiskey a beautiful aromatic richness that is both complex and balanced.
