Akakage 2020 is a shochu from the Yanagita distillery. Founded in 1902, this is Miyakonojo's oldest distillery.
This shochu is made from Kyushu barley. Distilled in pot stills in 2020 and bottled in 2022, it has benefited from 2 years' maturation in enamelled vats.
