This Zero Nine Spirits bottling was selected for the So Rhum festival in La Rochelle.

This is a rum distilled from pure cane juice in 2018. Aging in a single ex-bourbon barrel is broken down as follows:

  • 3 years in tropical climates
  • 2 years in continental climates.

Bottling in September 2023 without reduction produced 328 numbered bottles.
